Easterseals adaptive sports and recreation are nationwide programs that make sports and camp activities accessible for children and adults with disabilities. Rules, equipment, or playing spaces may be changed to match each person’s needs, such as using lighter balls, different scoring, or extra helpers on the field. For autistic children, Easterseals programs can offer clear routines, visual supports, and sensory‑friendly options so they can build motor skills, confidence, and friendships while having fun as part of a team.
